Delete your Aurelle account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your account and data.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

If you have the Aurelle app installed, the fastest way is in-app:

  1. Open Aurelle
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Tap “Delete account”
  4. Confirm

Your account and all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request deletion via this form

If you don't have the app installed, fill in the form below. We'll process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Account and login credentials
  • All wardrobe items and photos
  • All saved outfits and lookbooks
  • Body scan data and style preferences
  • Subscription data — cancel separately via App Store / Google Play before deleting
  • Travel plans and packing lists
  • All AI-generated content tied to your account

What we keep (legal obligations)

  • Anonymised usage logs for up to 90 days for security and abuse prevention.
  • Payment records for 7 years to comply with EU tax law.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You'll receive an email confirmation when complete.
